Brauhaus am Markt

In the brewery, the malt is milled to grist. In the copper brew kettles, called lauter tub and liquid pan, the malt starch is converted in malt sugar and carefully separated from the grain with warm water, This is how the sweet mash is produced and our incomparable beer is brewed.
